Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate that will need to be submitted to OREC before taking the Broker exam.

The Broker examination is available to take through Pearson VUE (testing centers) and is no longer available through the Real Estate Commission. Please read the information about the examination here: Testing Procedures. Additionally, OREC has announced the examination will be comprised of a State section and a National section. The common law of agency will be included in the National section.
