In Oklahoma, there are 30 required CE hours every three years (starting June 1, 2025), 13 required topics, and depending on the license you have, the rest of the 17 hours are comprised of the following:
- 6 hours of Contracts (CON)
- 1 hour Broker Relationships Act (BRA)
- 1 hour Code and Rules (CAR)
- 3 hours Ethics (PSC)
- 1-hour Fair Housing (FHR)
- 1-hour Hot Topic Oklahoma Deed Theft (HOT)
- Extra Hours from required Coursework count towards Elective Credit
Per OREC regulations, all students have 6 months from enrollment to finish their coursework
