Pre-License Information

Our pre-license education course is approved by OREC and provides you with the required 90 hours of instruction that will prepare you to take the real estate examination at OREC. You must submit evidence of completion of this course to OREC in order to sit for the exam and receive your Provisional Sales Associate license. At this time we offer you two convenient and flexible options for your 90 hours: online instruction and a distance learning course. Each option provides you with OREC approved materials and practice examinations. Upon your successful completion of either course we will promptly issue you a certificate and we will fax the certificate to OREC on your behalf so they are aware of your status. We are available by email, phone, or fax to answer any questions you may have.

The pre-license examination is available to take through PSI Services (testing centers) and is no longer available through the Real Estate Commission. Please read the procedures to take the examination here Testing Procedures. Additionally, OREC has announced the examination will be comprised of a state section and national section. The common law of agency will be included in the national section. When you purchase the distance learning pre-license course through Tulsa School of Real Estate you will receive study materials for this new portion of the exam as well as access to a national practice test and a test on the common law of agency. Purchasing our distance learning course also provides you with access to our many sample tests that cover the material in the pre-license book (national and state information).

Mandatory Registration Form

To enroll in our distance learning course you MUST fill out a registration form.This form and your fee constitutes as your enrollment. Your materials will not be sent without this form or payment. Please print this form, fill in the information and mail or fax, indicating payment and shipping method. You can order a course over the phone but we will need your signature (fax acceptable) on this form.

Please note: Your enrollment is only valid for 6 months from the date on this registration form. If you have not completed the course and required test(s) within 6 months of your enrollment you will have to re-enroll, and pay for the course again.

2nd day - $20.00 (for a total of $395.00).

You can provide credit card information on your registration for us to take when we receive your form, you can call with your payment over the phone or you can order online with our shopping cart. Please make sure to select your shipping method online and on your registration form.

Your book will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of your registration. We will email you when your book ships.

Return/Refund Policy:

Should you find the need to postpone your real estate education you may return your materials to us and receive a full refund within three (3) business days of your enrollment (which is the date your registration is received by us).
